My Spirit Experience​

My Spirit Experience is located just north of downtown Minneapolis. Free/attached parking is available.

 

For questions or to book an individual session, please complete the contact form below. Please also include your best availability and which service you are interested in receiving and any questions you may have. Weekday hours are typically when I am available for individual sessions. Evenings and weekends are when I teach classes and run events. Remote sessions are more available at all times.

 

Sessions are available in person or remotely.

Terms and conditions: In-person sessions can not be canceled last minute due to weather but will be switched to a remote session.

 

Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session or class (in person or remote) will be charged the full amount for the session.

 

No shows for classes or sessions (in person or remote) will be charged the full amount for the class.

New clients must pay in advance for the first session.

Look for this building and Mother Co Plants on the corner of 2nd St and 24th Ave. There is a huge sign on the corner saying Northwind Lofts on it. Free attached parking available along the building, behind the neighboring building, and on 2nd St.
