Reiki Classes

Level 1 and 2, Master Level 3, and Teacher Level 4 classes

Why these Reiki classes are different

People who are sensitive to Spirit (intuitive) can be naturally drawn to healing modalities such as Reiki. Heidi incorporates this unique aspect into the Reiki teachings, and it is important for people who are intuitive/sensitive to understand how their sensitivities can add a different dimension to channeling Reiki energy. It is very important to talk about this when opening up to Spirit in any form or channel, especially when sensitive. This is not usually addressed in most Reiki classes. These topics are the base for Reiki 1 which is why My Spirit Experience Reiki 1 class is a specifically a prerequisite for My Spirit Experience Reiki 2, 3, etc. Other Reiki 1 classes do not provide the same foundation for Reiki 2.

Reiki Level 1

Level 1 Reiki connects you to the Reiki energy and teaches you the traditional hands-on Japanese Usui Reiki. You will learn what Reiki is, how it heals, and techniques for being a proper and effective channel for healing energy to flow. In Reiki 1, you will learn the traditional Reiki hand positions used for yourself and others. In class, you will also learn the intuitive method of hand placement, which can enhance your confidence in your intuition or inner guidance. In an organized and relaxed program, the class combines teachings, discussion, attunements, meditations, and experiential practice. A class manual is included, and a Level 1 practitioner certificate is awarded to each student upon successful completion.

Reiki Level 2 (Prerequisite - My Spirit Experience Reiki 1)

In Reiki Level 2, you receive the Level 2 attunement, where specific sacred symbols are added to your energy field to enhance sessions. You will also learn how to direct this energy toward physical, mental/emotional, and distance healing.

Level II Reiki teaches the practitioner long-distance or remote healing.

We will explore sacred Reiki 2 symbols in healing and learn how to use them to:

Help heal unwanted habits
Improve relationships
Facilitate distant healings that transcend time and space
Improve mental clarity and focus
Reduce pain
Clear mental and emotional blocks that may be holding you back in life

Reiki Level 3 (Prerequisite - See below*)

In Reiki Level 3, you are committing yourself to a higher level of personal responsibility to the Reiki Principles within your daily life. With this commitment, you will allow yourself to open to deeper levels of the mysteries of Reiki. During this two day training, you will receive the Level III Master attunement where the Usui Master symbol is added to your energy field to enhance Reiki healing energy for yourself and others.

In the Master class, you will also:

Continue to enhance your connection between your earthly path and your soul purpose
Learn about the Tibetan and Chinese healing Antahkarana symbol
Learn how to Incorporate healing stones and crystals into your sessions
Learn how to create a crystal grid to send energy to prayers, wishes, goals, and intentions for yourself and others
Learn Reiki drumming and other sound healing. Sound healing creates vibrations that resonate deep within your physical being

*Prerequisites - My Spirit Experience Reiki Levels 1 & 2, at least one year between Reiki Levels II and III to allow ample time for study and practice, and regular consultations with Heidi to discuss this work is required before taking the Master Level III course.

Reiki Level 4 (Prerequisite - Reiki Master Level)

Reiki level four allows you to teach Reiki to others, sharing your Reiki journey and wisdom with others. This one-on-one guidance with Heidi incorporates teaching Reiki classes yourself as you complete the journey. Please contact with Heidi if you are interested in this step.
